2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to jaundice the petitioner was not able to file the appeal on time. The reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Accordingly, this petition is allowed with the condition that interest for the above said 440 days is ordered to be waived. Registry is directed to number this petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order. Post the matter on 10.06.2025.
