Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of petitioner's minor daughter, viz., Elakiya, aged about 17 years, before this Court from the custody of third respondent and hand over her custody to the petitioner based on CSR No.159 of 2021 dated 23.02.2021 on the file of second respondent police.
