The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition as infructuous and he has made an endorsement in the petition as below:
"As the petitioner has sold and vacated the property in dispute, nothing in the Writ Petition survives. Hence, this Court may be pleased to dispose of the above Writ Petition, recording the above stated".
