C.M.P.No.15707 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.23889 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN,J.

This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 251 days in filing above captioned C.M.A as against the Award dated 24.02.2022 made in MCOP.No.91 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IIAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Chidambaram.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two weeks. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

3.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same during 2nd week of September, 2023.
