This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to to register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.6.2015 in CSR No.359/2015 on the file of the respondent and to investigate the complaint of the petitioner. 2.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 11.6.2015 given by the petitioner, a regular case in Cr.No.1966 of 2015 under Sections 448, 427 and 506(i) IPC has been registered.

Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. Connected M.P.1 of 2015 is also closed.
