The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file Charge Sheet in Crime No. 305 of 2012.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in Cr.No.305 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jayakondam, and the same was also taken on file as C.C.No.7 of 2017.
