Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in Na.ka.No.724/2012/A1 dated 11.07.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to pay Subsistence Allowance from the date of suspension dated 11.07.2012 and complete the enquiry within the stipulated time. For Petitioner : M/s.P.Muthukrishnan in all W.Ps.

Standing Counsel for TASMAC COMMON ORDER Challenge in these writ petitions is to the order of suspension passed by the respondent dated 11.07.2012 and for a direction to the respondent to pay Subsistence Allowance from the date of suspension of the petitioners dated 11.07.2012 and to complete the enquiry within a stipulated time.
