ORDER

The petitioner/A3 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 309(4) of BNS, in Crime No.173 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and threatening with knife, snatched 2 sovereigns of gold chain, 1 mobile phone and 1 laptop. Hence the complaint. 3.When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that in this case the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.436 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Ulundurpet, and the learned Magistrate has issued summons for the appearance of the petitioner herein.

4. Considering the above fact that as on today there is no apprehension of arrest, this petition is not maintainable. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court on receipt of summons.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
