This Court vide its order dated 28.04.2017 has decreed the suit in C.S.No.521 of 2016, based on the compromise entered between the plaintiff and the first defendant. 2. In the context of terms of compromise, Clause 'C' discloses pendency of atleast three writ petitions pertaining to the allotment of 'A' schedule property. Today, this Court is informed that, those petitions are still pending and this implies it is pre-mature to contemplate compliance of this clause.
