(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 584 days in filing the appeal.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents, notice had been served and counsel had entered appearance.

3.In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the records of the MCOP were misplaced during transits. Consequently, a fresh copy application was filed and the records were forwarded to the counsel for drafting the appeal. In this process, there has been a delay of 584 days.

4.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the appeal for admission today itself, 25.06.2026.
