PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the respondents pertaining to the impugned (i) G.O.Ms.No.126 Industries (SIPCOT-LA) dated 25/06/2013 through Tamil Nadu Government Gazatte, No.177 dated 25/06/2013 (ii)G.O.Ms.No.164 Industries (SIPCOT-LA) dated 29/08/2013 through the Tamil Nadu Government Gazatte No.245 dated 29/08/2013 spread over 26.13 Acres situated at Pelakuppam Village, Tindivanam Taluk and Villupuram District which was issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to de-list the petitioners land from the acquisition.
