2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants/defendants 4 and 5 and the learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs.
3. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are defendants 4 and 5, in the suit before this Court, in which the sale deed in favour of the applicants is, inter alia, challenged. As regards the other suit, the applicants herein are plaintiffs therein and the revocation of the power of attorney is the subject matter therein. Therefore, he submits that both the suits are inter-connected and should be tried jointly. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if this application is allowed.
5. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and the plaints in C.S.No.519 of 2016 and O.S.No.1234 of 2019, I find that both the suits are inter-connected and it is in the interest of justice that the two suits are tried jointly.
6. Accordingly, this application is allowed and it is directed that O.S.No.1234 of 2019 be withdrawn from the file of the II Additional City Civil Judge at Chennai and transferred to the file of this Court to be tried along with C.S.No.519 of 2016.
