O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) The order, granting patta assailed by the petitioner, already stands quashed by the order dated 27.07.2015. There is no other direction. That is why we fail to understand as to what can be the contempt of that order.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that people occupying the land after the grant of patta stands quashed have not been removed. In respect of this grievance, there was no relief granted, while passing the order. This is a separate grievance and if the petitioner expects any relief qua this aspect, he will have to file a separate petition.

3. Needless to say that any fresh petition must be preceded by a representation to the authorities concerned with a reasonable time to respond and we expect the authorities to deal with such representation in accordance with law.

4. The Contempt Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
