This contempt petition has been filed against the order dated 06.09.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19409 of 2016.

Investigation has been completed in Cr.No.9 of 2013 and charge sheet has also been filed on 09.11.2016 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.112 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur.

Recording the same, this Contempt petition is closed. No costs.
