2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner had not complied with the condition even once, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.8(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crl O.P.No. 3207 of 2025.
