This petition is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the FIR was registered for the alleged offences under Sections 419, 465, 466, 468 and 471 of IPC, 1860 against the

petitioner, however, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, due to a typographical error in the order dated 16.02.2026, the offences were inadvertently mentioned as Section 8(c) r/w. Section 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985. Hence, he prays that the same may be modified.

3. Since the order dated 16.02.2026 is a self-working order, the same cannot be considered under the caption 'for being mentioned' unless an application seeking extension is filed. Hence, no further orders are required in the above petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the manner known to law, if so advised. 16-03-2026 rap To
