(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's wife and his two minor children had gone missing from his house from 12.02.2024, he had given a complaint to the 2nd respondent police, which was registered in Crime No.85 of 2024 under the caption 'Women missing, Boy missing and Girl missing". In this background the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's wife and his two minor children have reconciled with the petitioner herein and have continued to live with him.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
