C.M.P.No.4595 of 2025 in S.A.No.1352 of 2011 R.KALAIMATHI.J., This petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 12.04.2018 made in S.A.No.1352 of 2011 as against the 8th respondent namely Kannammal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, 6, 7, 9 & 10 submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present petition.

4.Considering the submission made by both sides counsel and having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition the present petition is allowed.
