PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II at Kanchipuram to dispose the case in Crl.M.P.No.3295 of 2019, within the time framed fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.3295 of 2019 at early.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent seized the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 19 W 5789 (TATA 1109 Goods Carrier) in Crime No.306 of 2019 under Sections 41(1)(d) and 102 of Cr.P.C and the same was produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram. He further submitted that for getting interim custody of the said vehicle, the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 451 of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.P.No.3295 of 2019. The said petition is still pending for the past six months without any progress and therefore he prayed to direct the concerned Magistrate to dispose of the said petition at early.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that suitable instructions may be issued to the concerned Magistrate for disposing of the said petition at early.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has filed a petition in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Crl.M.P.No.3295 of 2019 which is pending for the past six months, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram is directed to dispose of the said petition within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
