Prayer in W.P.No.27311 of 2015 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring the impugned notice in Naka.AA.11/2014, dated 17.09.2014 on the file of 4th respondent and G.O.Ms. 59, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated 20.03.2015 and G.O.Ms.No. 101, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated 21.04.2015 on the file of 1st respondent and consequential impugned notice of the 4th respondent in Rc.B. 11/2014 dated 20.06.2015 as illegal and null and void and consequently direct the respondents there men servants agents or anybody claiming under them from interfering with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands in Plot No. 588 and 617 comprised in old S.No. 513/3C New S.No. 513/3C1 situate in No. 50 Mannur Village and Old S.No.2/1, New S.No.2/1A1A1A or 2/1A1A situated in No.51, Nemili Village, measuring an extent of 4800 sq.ft. Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
