PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to settle the amount deducted from the petitioner's salary to the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass order on the petition dated 18.01.2020 filed under section 90 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act.

ORDER
Heard both sides and perused the records.
2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent on instructions submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition is already achieved by the writ petitioner by receiving all the amount payable to him by the respondents. As such, the matter has become infructuous.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner received the amount to which he is entitled and no further orders are required in this writ petition.

4. The statement of both the counsel are placed on record.
5. In view of the above situation, in our considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
