Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return B.A. and M.A Original Provisional Certificate to the petitioner which was received by the 4th respondent at the time of appointment and further direction to pay one month arrear salary for the month of July 2012.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that pursuant to the directions of this Court issued on 29th April 2019, the respondents settled the arrears of salary to the writ petitioner by way of Cheque, which is also handed over to the petitioner in person by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner.

2.The writ petitioner also acknowledged the receipt of the Cheque for Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) drawn at Dena Bank in Cheque Bearing No.001858 dated 29.04.2019. 3.Thus, the issues between the writ petitioners and the respondents are settled and no further adjudications are required in the writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
