ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for an issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to conduct and complete the enquiry on the complaint dated 27.11.2019 and to file a report within stipulated period of time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondents 1 to 3. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.2387 of 2019 on 2.7.11.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
