Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the third respondent in Lr.No.24669/B6/2011 dated 12.10.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondents to revise the petitioners' pay as per the orders of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.63, Finance 2/5

(Pay Cell) Department, dated 26.02.2011 with notional effect from 1.1.2006 and monetary benefit from 1.3.2011 and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioners.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would state that the Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.314 dated 22.07.2013 revising the pay scale for the post of Laboratory Assistant in Technical Education Department and hence, the prayer in the writ petition has been granted by issuance of the aforesaid G.O.

2. In the light of the above said Government Order, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 12.01.2023 3/5
