O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 13.12.2012 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.23847 of 2012.

2. The learned Government Advocate has produced the order in G.O.No.64, dated 03.03.2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is nothing about the payment of monetary benefits.

4. On the other hand, the learned Government Advocate has submitted that the order states that the approval is granted from 1997-1998 and therefore, it implies that the petitioner is entitled to the salary from the date of approval onwards.

5. The submission of the learned Government Advocate is recorded. A direction is issued to the respondents to pay the benefit within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
