A.No.1752 of 2020 in T.O.S.No.31 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., Despite service on the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs and the matter appearing before this Court twice there is no representation on behalf of the respondent / 1st plaintiff. The application is filed for impleading the applicant who had been arrayed as the 4th respondent in the Original Petition in O.P.No.214 of 2019.

2. Considering the fact that the applicant has caveatable interest in the proceedings, the application is ordered as prayed for and the learned counsel for the plaintiffs shall take necessary steps to amend the suit.
