The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 29.07.2013 seeking transfer of patta in her favour on merits within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given her representation as early as on 29.07.2013 seeking for transfer of patta, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2013 in accordance with law within a time frame. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
