(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 1st respondent to furnish FMB and blue print of the petitioner's land in Survey No.391, situated at Kallapadi Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District as per the reply dated 09.12.2019 furnished by the 3rd respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
