ORDER

After the matter was extensively argued by the learned Senior Counsel, on instructions of the instructing counsel, he seeks to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition seeking liberty to permit them to move Section 34 petition under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. In view of the above submission, liberty is granted to file the necessary application. The original order of the first respondent has been handed over to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and necessary endorsements have been obtained.
