Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 3rd to 8th respondents to support and provide police protection to erect the fencing over public pathway in Survey Nos.21/1, 21/2, 21/3 and 21/4, situated on the western side of Survey Nos.25/3A, 25/1C and 25/1A, Ayipalayam Village, Athanoor Post, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District and further directing the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th respondents to take necessary action to comply the Division Bench order of this Court in W.P.No.1200 of 2021 dated 21.01.2021 within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a contempt petition and at the same time, a review petition in another writ petition where police protection has been given without an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as according to him he is directly affected by it. As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
