The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to provide police aid or assistance to the petitioner in the subject mentioned property situated at No.150, comprised in Survey Nos.119/1, 119/2 and 119/3 Santhavellore, total extent of 1 Acres 83 cents and Survey No.119/8 extent of 0.69 cents admeasuring total extent of 2 Acres 52 cents for construction of the compound wall. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that there appears to be boundary dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent with regard to measurement. He would further submit that both the parties would be summoned and due enquiry would be conducted with regard to the dispute and if necessary, adequate police protection would be given to the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petitions stands disposed of.
