This application has been filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the written statement in C.S.No.724 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/4th defendant. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/plaintiff has no serious objections in allowing this application.

3.In view of the above and being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and the delay of 119 days in filing the written statement of the 4th defendant in C.S.No.724 of 2018, is condoned.
