ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to rectify the FMB sketch mistake in survey no.242 situated in Nayaneri Village, Thirupathur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2023.

2. In respect of the property at S.No.242/13C1 situated at Nayaneri Village, Thirupathur District, it is a claim of the petitioner that in the FMB sketch there is a mistake and in order to rectify the same, the petitioner has given representation to the respondents especially the fourth respondent on 20.01.2023 and to consider the same and to pass orders thereon on merits, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Ms.M.Anantha Devi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.N.Senthilselvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

would submit that the said representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.01.2023 would be considered by the fourth respondent and orders would be passed thereon within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2023 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
