This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the third respondent comprised in his communications dated 26.06.2010 and 03.03.2011 both bearing Nos.F.6-1(11)/2006(CPP-1) and quash the same as being unconstitutional and ultra vires the provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the subsequent Page No.2 of 4

Regulation has come in force, the petition filed in W.P.No.4147 of 2010 in this regard has already been closed by this Court. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. This Writ Petition stands closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is clsoed.
