The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were tried and acquitted in S.T.C.No.43 of 2020 by the order dated 22.12.2021 which has been challenged in this quash petition.

2. In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
