The present petition has been filed to modify one of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.8 of the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28527 of 2022 while granting bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one of the conditions imposed on the petitioners is that " the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing separate bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) each with two blood related sureties, each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram. He would further submit that the no blood related person to give sureties for the second petitioner. Hence, he would seek to modify the aforesaid condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed by modifying 1/3

the condition to the effect that " the second petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties, each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram.". All other conditions remain intact.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
