A.No.1095 of 2024 in O.P.No.126 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner-father contended that the respondent-mother has filed M.C.No.2 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukalukundram claiming maintenance for herself and her minor child wherein she has alleged that the father has not permitted the fees.

3. It is represented by the respective counsel that the girl has studied in Annai Violet International School, Ambattur and hence the petitioner-father seeks permission to permit the fees.

4. After hearing both the parties, since the minor girl namely A.Sahana is studying in the said school. For the present academic year the respondentmother has already remitted fees and M.C.No.2 of 2023 is stayed as per the higher forum.

5. In the interest of justice, 50% of the fees shall be deposited by the petitioner-father within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The same shall be credited to the O.P.No.126 of 2023 before this Court.

6. For the next academic year, the respondent-mother present in the Court has no objection for permitting the fees by the petitioner-father directly to the school within the stipulated time as prescribed by the institution.

7. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
