This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.4(b) in the order dated 27.11.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.29691 of 2024. Page No.1 of 3

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29691 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 is relaxed.
