2. Learned counsel for the 7th respondent has serious objection in allowing these petitions and sought time to file counter. However, being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

4. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 31.07.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeals and post it "for admission" on 04.08.2025 along with C.M.P.Nos.7400, 7402 and 7412 of 2025, if the same are otherwise in order.
