This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1376 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1376 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., first Monday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders..
