ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to shift the electricity line from the existing route to and over the Parayapatti Pudhur Lake Canal which passes in Parayapatti Revenue Village S.No.221/3 to the petitioner's bore well in S.No.222/1. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking to shift the electricity line from the existing route to and over the Parayapatti Pudhur Lake Canal which passes in Parayapatti Revenue Village S.No.221/3 to the petitioner's bore well in S.No.222/1 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already considered for shifting. 2/4

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
