This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.190 of 2015 pending on his file.
2.It is seen from the records that though this Court had directed the second respondent to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible by order dated 22.07.2016, no action has been taken so far. This sort of practice by the second respondent cannot be countenanced. Hence, a fresh direction is now issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation and final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
