ORDER

This writ petition is directed against the issuance of charge memo dated 27.2.2015 and to quash the same. However, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner, while canvassing the fact that the petitioner has already submitted his reply to the charge memo on 9.4.2015, requested this Court to direct the disciplinary authority to complete the enquiry expeditiously.

2. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent submitted that the completion of enquiry may take a substantial time.

3. Be that as it may, as the petitioner has submitted his reply on 9.4.2015, without going to the merits of the charge memo, this Court hereby directs the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording reasonable opportunity to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
