(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) This matter has been listed, today, for reporting compliance of the order passed by this Court, on 1.12.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.12654 of 2016, in H.C.P.No.2300 of 2016. By the said order, dated 1.12.2016, the convict prisoner No.6322, namely, P.Dharamchand, had been permitted to undergo treatment, at Sampat Nursing Home, Mylapore, Chennai, for the illness relating to bone grafting and for cardiac and ortho related issues and certain conditions had also been stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had stated that the conditions stipulated by this Court, by its order, dated 1.12.2016, had been complied with and that P.Dharamchand (Convict Prisoner No.6322), had been taken back to the Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai, after treatment, on 7.1.2017.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents had also submitted that the conditions stipulated by this court,

by its order, dated 1.12.2016, had been complied with and that P.Dharamchand (Convict Prisoner No.6322) had been taken back to the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

In such circumstances, this Court finds it appropriate to close the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.12654 of 2016. Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition stands closed.
