ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J) The present habeas corpus petition has been filed to direct the respondent to produce petitioner's sister namely Madhumathi, aged 23 years, before this Court.
2. The respondent/Police had produced the petitioner as well as his sister viz., M/s.Madhumathi.
3. When this Court questioned the Detenue / Ms.Madhumathi, she has stated that on account of certain compulsion, she left her parental home and now she joined her parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the fact that the Detenue joined her parents at their home, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of other grounds raised in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands closed.
