ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.12.2020 in S.A.No.0003/SCIC/2020 for taking action as against 4th respondent through 2nd respondent as per Section 20(1) & (2) of the Right to Information Act and to pass order on merit and in accordance with law.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Vigneswaran, learned counsel appearing for the Commission would submit that the petitioner has been asked to appear before the Commission on the date of hearing and the date of hearing is fixed tomorrow (08.04.2021).

4. In view of the above submission, without rendering any finding on the various factual and legal aspects, taken by the petitioner, the writ petition is closed with liberty to raise all the grounds at a later point of time, including the one raised before the Commission. The 1st Respondent is directed to decide the issue within a period of four months from the date of first appearance of the petitioner before the Commission. No costs.
