Respondent/Complainant PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Code of Criminal Procedure, for modification of the condition of the order dated 04.06.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.631 of 2015 in respect of the condition directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required instead of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. O R D E R

The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, while modifying the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.06.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.631 of 2015, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in this case charge sheet has been filed before the concerned court. Therefore, the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. may be relaxed.

3. Considering the above submissions, the order of the learned learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.631 of 2015 dated 04.06.2015 is modified to the following effect : (i) the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court for all the hearings without fail.
