This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.67 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent to the second respondent for investigation in accordance with law.
2.It is seen from the records that respondent police registered a case based on the petitioner complaint in Crime No.67 of 2018 pending from 19.02.2018 for the offences under section 406 and 109 of IPC. Therefore, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered now.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai, is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
