3. It is seen that the main petition filed under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 was already disposed of and the same is under challenge through W.P.No.33160 of 2024. The Writ Petitioner challenged the orders passed in the Interlocutory Application through this Writ Petition. Since the main petition itself was disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case and accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed. The Petitioner is at liberty to raise additional grounds in respect of the Interlocutory Application in the pending W.P.No.33160 of 2024. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
