This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking for extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the Arbitral Award.

2.The applicant has sought for an extention of three months in this application.

vga 4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time.

5.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by extending the time limit of the arbitration proceedings by another period of three months from 07.02.2025.
